All PMR racks come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We offer a lifetime replacement on all racks and hardware. Whether you bend it, break it or crash it, we will replace it at no cost. Lose the installation hardware? Not to worry. Please notify us and we will send you a replacement pack, free of charge. (Shipping fees may apply to international warranty claims)

We are proud to announce the industry’s first full range of hardware support. What does this mean to our customers? PMR understands that there are many factors that come into play when installing aftermarket parts on your bike and always include every part necessary to install your new rack. With that being said, there are cases where you may need additional hardware to adjust fitment. Examples of this would be:

  • The bike has been in an accident
  • Bent frame/subframe
  • Additional aftermarket parts that interfere or alter our intended mounting points (such as exhaust)

If you find that you may need additional hardware to perfect your installation, please contact us directly. The PMR Hardware Support Program is FREE for existing customers. (Shipping fees may apply on international orders)

We have a no-hassle return policy with no restocking fees. If you don't like it, send it back. All returns for refund accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds will be given in the same form as the payment that was received. Please allow 2 business days for refunds to be processed and sent. Refunds by check will be issued for the following types of payment - cash, money order, personal/business/cashiers check.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment for a full refund including shipping. After shipment, you may cancel your order at any time, but you will be responsible for all return shipping fees, and will be refunded only the purchase price of your item.

All items are shipped through UPS or USPS. If you experience issues with your shipment, such as damages or lost packages, please contact [email protected] and we will file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf.

Shipping estimates can be calculated in the shopping cart. All estimates are based on a general location and will be recalculated after you enter your actual address during checkout. The totals may very slightly due to the estimate being calculated without the full delivery address.
